What you will
receive:
- A complimentary pictorial
directory for each participating family
- A natural color professional gift
portrait for each family photographed by our
photographer
- A directory kit including
everything needed to aid your volunteers in
scheduling appointments and the design of your
pictorial directory to make a smooth running
program with maximum participation. Directory
kit includes: appointment sheets, reminder
postcards, posters, bulletin insert copy,
directory timeline, layout aids, instructions,
and more.
- 25% directory over run is standard

convenient, useable 51/2x 81/2
inch size ) or ( traditional 81/2x 111/2
inch size )
Email address can be included in roster
if desired at no charge. Telephone number can be printed
under family photos. We will professionally design as
much of your directory as YOU wish. We will resize or
crop your photos as required at no charge. Directory
proof sent to your church in approximately 20 working
days after all materials received by Goldkey Studio.
Finished directories shipped approximately 30 working
days after approved proof is received.

The
Appointments
- Most appointments take an hour or
less. We schedule about 15 appointments per day.
- Portrait previews are available
for viewing 5-10 minutes after photography with
our all digital pro-portrait system, so there is
no need for families to make a second trip for
portrait selection.
- Those unavailable to be
photographed ( shut-ins, military personnel,
vacationers, etc. ) can be included in your
directory by submitting a photo. Snapshots or
high quality digital image files ( 2 mega-pixel )
can be used. (If portraits taken by a
professional photographer are submitted, a
copyright release is required or the photo WILL
NOT be used.) Submitted photos do no count toward
earned ministry credits. There is a $5 charge for
submitted photos and a church directory is
provided for each photo submitted. Every effort
will be made to place submitted photos
alphabetically with the families photographed, if
the directory design format will allow..

Our Portraits
Church directory time provides a
wonderful opportunity to purchase extra portraits at
reasonable prices for lasting memories.
- Special church discount available
for all purchases above a pre-determined minimum
purchase.
- Digital previews available for
purchase.
- Portraits are available in sizes
from wallets to 20"x 24" wall portraits
- Four portrait finishes are
available for purchase. Three of those finishes
include a lacquer finish to protect the portrait
from moisture and Ultra Violet light to help
minimize fading.
- Retouching is also available for
our two finest finishes.
- Solid wood frames are available
for purchase in Oak, Gold, Cherry
- Oval frames are available in
Walnut and Gold for our stretched canvas
portraits.
